I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please visit the website we provided for tracking. Check the status the of the order. If the information indicated that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbours, reception/building management (if the parcel was delivered to your work place), security (if you sent the parcel to your estate/complex) to see if another party received the package on your behalf. We are more than happy to contact either The Courier Guy or Fastway Couriers on your behalf, however it will serve in your favour in terms of convenience to contact their offices yourself as communication will be direct.
