Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes! You'll get live shipping rates at checkout. Delivery for orders outside of South Africa takes up to 30 days to be delivered.

I didn't get an order confirmation email

As soon as you place your order, our store automatically and immediately sends an order confirmation email. Kindly check your spam mail / junk mail / promotions folder in your Gmail app. The email was sent at the exact time and date you ordered.

I can’t track my order

Please note carefully that you’ll only be able to track your order once the courier collects within 5 business days - weekends are not included. You will receive tracking details via email and SMS only once the courier collects.

Why was my order cancelled?!

We cancel orders that used the EFT payment option if payment is not made within 48 hours. If you make payment for your order after 48 hours, we note this and send your order out regardless. Please refrain from making payment after 48 hours of ordering however.

How long does it take to get delivered?

Anywhere from 5 business days depending on your location in SOUTH AFRICA. We consist of a small team; during the festive season / sales please leave up to 10 working days for us to prepare, book and have your order delivered

Orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered for international orders; i.e. orders outside of South Africa.

You will be constantly updated on the status of your order via email / SMS; please check your emails for your tracking number which will only be sent to you once our courier service collects your parcel. Sometimes our emails land in junk mail / promotions folder - please check there too 

Can you deliver to my PO Box?

Sorry! Delivery is only door to door, please only enter your work or residential address at checkout

Can I come pick up my order instead of having it couriered?

We unfortunately do not offer pick ups at our warehouse, we courier all orders out. We unfortunately cannot make any exceptions. Please feel free to visit our stockist Edenvinne Menlyn Mall Pretoria to shop in person.

Why does delivery take up to 5 business days?

 As a small & growing business, we consist of a small team & most of our products are handmade on demand in small batches to ensure quality. Thank you for your patience! 

I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?

We use third party courier services, so please note we have absolutely no control over their delivery services & methods outside of booking your parcel’s collection.
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please visit the link we provided for tracking. Check the status the of the order. If the information indicated that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbours, reception, building management or security (day & night shift) to see if another party received the package for you.

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately not. A third party courier service will deliver your parcel, they are paid beforehand thus you will need to pay your full order total before delivery. Please feel free to visit our stockist Edenvinne Menlyn Mall, Pretoria to shop in person.

Can I buy bulk and resell?

Unfortunately not. We only sell in bulk to salons / beauty stores. If you’re a salon or beauty store please contact enquiries@aestheticsbychioma.com for info on being a stockist.

Can I change my delivery address after I've made an order?

Sure, if we haven’t already sent your order out - kindly send us the updated address via email: enquiries@aestheticsbychioma.com
