How long does it take to get delivered?

Anywhere from 3-7 working days depending on your location. During the festive season / sales please leave up to 8 working days for your parcel to be delivered

You will be constantly updated on the status of your order via email / SMS; please check your emails for your tracking number which will only be sent to you once our courier service collects your parcel. Sometimes our emails land in junk mail / promotions folder - please check there too 

 

Can you deliver to my PO Box?

Sorry! Delivery is only door to door, please only enter your work or residential address at checkout

I haven’t received my order yet. Where is it?

We use third party courier services, so please note we have absolutely no control over their delivery services & methods outside of booking your parcel’s collection.
If your estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please visit the website we provided for tracking. Check the status the of the order. If the information indicated that your order was delivered, please check with your neighbours, reception, building management or security (day & night shift) to see if another party received the package for you. We are more than happy to contact our delivery partner in regards to your delivery query, however if you prefer to contact them directly for your convenience please contact:

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately not. A third party courier service will deliver your parcel, they are paid beforehand thus you will need to pay your full order total before delivery.

 I want to start using your products, which ones should I try out first?

Try our mini kit! With Sample sized products, it’s perfect for testing out products before you commit.

Are your products natural?

100%. We do not compromise on quality, we make sure all our products are natural, chemical free, pure and unrefined. Products that are not 100% natural will have their respective ingredients listed.

Can I buy bulk and resell?

Unfortunately not. We only sell in bulk to salons. If you’re a salon or beauty store please contact enquiries@aestheticsbychioma.com for info on being a stockist.

Help! I have acne/dark spots/hyperpigmentation. Which products should I use?

African Black Soap (or liquid black soap if you have sensitive skin), Clay Masque Powder, Rose Mist, Brightening Vitamin C Serum, Radiance Face Oil

Does shea butter smell nice?

Since our shea butter products are unrefined and thus yielding it's healing benefits, it has a nutty smell as shea butter is extracted from the shea nut. An odorless shea butter is a refined one with less healing properties.

Are your products for men too?

Definitely!

Can I come pick up my order instead of having it couriered?

We are an eCommerce business, thus we unfortunately do not offer pick ups. We operate fully online.

Can I use shea butter on my face?

Yes. It works best on the face with African Black Soap. If adverse results show even after 3-4 weeks of use please stop using the products on your face. 

 

How do I use black soap?

It can be used on body, face and hair. It lathers up just like any soap, and a little goes a very long way. The soap can be drying if used too much so use a tiny amount.
